What is Supa Tots?

Supa Tots is our play-based parent-and-child program for ages 1–3, designed to help kids develop the movement skills that set them up for everything that comes next — sport, school, and life.

Think: obstacle courses, balancing, climbing, jumping, throwing and catching — delivered in a warm, supportive environment where kids can try, laugh, and build confidence.

What you’ll see in a class

What you’ll see in a class

Each session is simple, structured and child-led:

  • Welcome + warm-up (get comfy, get moving)
  • Circuit time (rotating activities like balance, climbing, tumbling, jumping)
  • Group games (fun movement challenges, rhythm, coordination and social confidence)

Parents/caregivers are actively involved (especially for younger kids), and support reduces as confidence grows.

Why parents love it

Real development — disguised as fun

  • Builds agility, balance and coordination (the “ABCs” of movement)
  • Supports confidence, willingness to try, and a positive relationship with being active
  • Designed for different stages from “just walking” through to confident movers

A friendly, local community
You’ll meet other parents, your child will make friends, and you’ll both leave with that “we did something good today” feeling.

frequently asked questions.

Is the free trial really free?

Yes — each child can attend one free trial class so you can experience the program before deciding whether to continue.

If you decide to continue attending, casual classes are $18 per session.

When does the Junior Golf Academy start?

Supa Tots is commencing the first week of March, 2026.

We’re planning on launching Supa Sprouts and the Supa Junior Academy during the first half of 2026.

What ages do you accept?

We’ll be launching with 3 pathway programs:

  • Supa Tots for toddlers (1–3 years) – during school hours,
  • Supa Sprouts for pre school ages (3–5 years) – during school hours and school holidays programs,
  • Supa Junior Academy for school ages (6–12+) – after school and school holiday programs.
How long are the classes?

Supa Tots classes run for approximately 45 minutes, which is the ideal length to keep young children engaged while allowing plenty of time for movement, play and exploration.

Do I need to sign up for a whole term?

No — classes can be booked casually.

Our online booking system tracks class numbers to keep sessions small and safe, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid missing out.

Can I register for school holiday programs only?

We will be accepting registrations for school holiday programs, however places will be priority allocation will be given to children attending throughout the school term.

What if my child is shy or doesn’t want to participate straight away?

That’s completely normal.

Many children prefer to watch first before joining in. Our coaches create a relaxed and supportive environment where children can participate at their own pace. Most children naturally join the activities once they feel comfortable.

Do parents stay?

Parent involvement is required for Supa Tots (toddler) classes.

Parents co-supervision is required for Supa Spouts (preschool) classes.

Parents are welcome to drop Supa Junior Academy (school age) children off and enjoy a game of Supa Golf or refreshments at Gerry’s.

What happens if a class is fully booked?

Because we keep class sizes small, sessions can fill up quickly.

If your preferred class time is full, you can select another available session in the booking calendar. Booking in advance is the best way to secure your preferred time.

Do I have to have an interest in golf?

Not at all.

The Supa Tots and Supa Sprouts programs are built around research showing that young children benefit from exposure to a wide range of physical activities. These activities help develop balance, coordination, agility and confidence — skills that support participation in any sport, not just golf.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable clothes that allow plenty of movement — similar to what they would wear to a playground or gymnastics class.

Closed-toe shoes and a drink bottle are recommended.

What equipment is required?

All equipment for all Junior golf Academy classes is provided. All you need to bring is a big smile and willingness to join in the fun.
